A 4 Course Dinner Paired with our Craft Beer. We will be releasing our first ever Marzen at the event. The menu will be:
1. Hahnchen Doner Kebab - 808 Pale Ale
Our version of a classic German street food. Chicken kebab served on a house made pretzel roll with Black Strap Molasses Mustard.
2. Surfing Goat Dairy Quark Spatzle - Rye Saison
A German style dumpling served with goat cheese sauce, crispy beet and Maui onion salad and braised beet greens.
3. Maui Nui Venison Jagerschnitzel - Marzen
Breaded venison topped with a shitake gravy. Served with German potato salad and cucumber salad.
4. A Black Forest - Paddy's Irish Stout
Chocolate graham topped with guava smoked Kirsh marshmallow, whipped cream powder, and a dark chocolate, almond, luxardo bark
